- Recommended for use on floors where continual wetting and cleaning processes are being used. Also suitable for use on floors with heavy human and light vehicle traffic. Do not use for overcoating previously single pack varnished surfaces unless all varnish coatings have been removed.
- Substrates: Concrete floors in chemical plants, laboratories, hospitals, dairies, breweries, food factories, bottling plants, vehicle showrooms etc.
- Thinner & equipment cleaner: Thinner for Epoxy Paints
- Dilution/ Mixing Ratio: 3:1:1 Base: Hardener: Thinner by volume. Pot life: of the mixed material, avoid mixing more material than can be used during one working day
- Drying Times: Surface dry in 2 hours, re-coatable in 14 hours. Attains maximum hardness about 7 days after application.
- The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or spray
- Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 8 – 10 m2/l when applied on a smooth surface. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
